Delivery

§ I only ship to Europe.

§ I try to ship within 5 business days upon payment reception. Quicker dispatch is possible, but not guaranteed. Likewise, it could happen that I need more time to dispatch an order. In this case, I will inform about the delay and keep you updated.

§ I rely on DHL and Deutsche Post for all dispatch, unless otherwise specified. Upon request I can agree to use a different shipping method, provided it is practical and feasible for me.

§ Upon request, I ship sets without their box, in order to save on shipping costs. Please contact me before placing the order to allow me verifying the potential cost-saving.

§ LOCAL PICK-UP - It can be arranged, if your request is reasonable. Please contact me beforehand to agree on the logistics. 

§ DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Unless otherwise requested, I use the cheapest shipping option compatible with the order, which may be not tracked, nor insured (refer to shipping method description for more information). I strongly advise to add tracking and insurance, if not already included.

§ I take no responsibility and assume no liability for any damage or loss imputable to shipping, i.e. occurred after I handed the package over to the carrier. Nevertheless, I will provide all the assistance I can to help in the unlucky event of problems with the shipping.

§ Make sure to double check the shipping address, to avoid unpleasant surprises on both sides. I will ask for a confirmation in case of ambiguity.
